Established by the American Dental Association more than 70 years ago, National Children’s Dental Health Month brings together dental professionals nationwide to promote the benefits of healthy smiles.

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – D4C Dental Brands is pleased to welcome its new Chief Operating Officer, John Williamson, who will be in charge of driving operational initiatives across D4C’s entire network of 200+ affiliated pediatric dental and orthodontic practices.

Prior to joining D4C, Williamson served as Chief of Staff at naviHealth, where he coordinated enterprise-level initiatives across executive functions in service of more than 10 million Medicare Advantage members. Williamson has spent the majority of his career focused on improving care coordination and outcomes in a variety of roles, including business development, strategy, and operations.

FRANKLIN, Tenn. – D4C Dental Brands is excited to announce the hiring of its new Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Deb Packard, to lead the company’s efforts to continue growing the network of expert clinicians who provide high-quality, compassionate dental and orthodontic care to the patients at its affiliated practices.

Before taking on her new role at D4C, Packard served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Dental Care Alliance, where she led the strategy and execution of their recruitment platform and expanded the team to accommodate growth, including implementing strategic sourcing roles, process improvement strategies, and applicant tracking system which resulted in a significant increase in new hires in all areas of the business. Throughout her career, she has prioritized building relationships and developing talent in order to strengthen organizational culture and drive results.
