Biography

Kayla Brooks joined the D4C Dental Brands team during the affiliation of The Rector Family Dental and Orthodontics, where she has been a manager for more than 20 years. As her role has expanded first to Regional Director of Operations and then Regional Vice President of Operations, she brings to the team a passion for teamwork, a solutions-driven approach, and a wealth of knowledge of operations, enabling her to implement successful strategies and processes at offices throughout her market.
