Biography

Karol Twilla serves as Chief Operating Officer for D4C Dental Brands, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the dental industry. Throughout her career, she has led large operational teams, supported practice growth across hundreds of locations, and developed strategies that improve efficiency, strengthen culture, and enhance the patient experience.

Karol is passionate about supporting dentists and their teams as they deliver outstanding care to patients. She finds the greatest reward in seeing patients leave with healthy, confident smiles after receiving compassionate care.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Public Health Administration from the University of South Carolina.

Outside of work, Karol enjoys spending time with her three adult children and pursuing her love of travel and the outdoors. An avid traveler, she has visited all 50 states and five continents. Whether she’s hiking a scenic trail, taking a long walk, or cheering on a baseball or football game, Karol enjoys making the most of every adventure.
