Biography

Dorothy Jones joined the D4C team in February 2023, bringing a wealth of experience in operations management to her role as Vice President of Operations for the Western Region. Her focus on strategic planning, organizational processes, and creating a positive culture make her a strong asset to guide the growth and development of more than 50 offices across multiple markets.

Dorothy has a decade of experience in the dental industry in roles including community outreach and operational leadership and has a proven record of success in growing business at offices under her leadership while ensuring a high quality of care for patients. Dorothy is completing her Master of Business Administration with Southern Methodist University and obtained her bachelor’s degree from The University of Alabama.
