Deb Packard

Biography

Deb has served as Vice President of Talent Acquisition for D4C Dental Brands since September 2022. Before she joined the D4C team, Deb was Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Dental Care Alliance, where she led the strategy and execution of their recruitment platform and expanded the team to accommodate growth, including implementing strategic sourcing roles, process improvement strategies, and applicant tracking system which resulted in a significant increase in new hires in all areas of the business. Throughout her career, she has prioritized building relationships and developing talent in order to strengthen organizational culture and drive results. Deb has also worked in the position of National Manager of Specialty Talent Acquisition at Pacific Dental Services and at Aspen Dental, and she has a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice.
