Beth Braddy

Biography

Beth Braddy has worked in the dental field for 10 years and has extensive experience managing, developing and leading teams and offices to success. Beth has held various leadership positions in the dental healthcare industry and is now lending her leadership expertise as D4C’s Regional Director of Operations. She joined D4C in June 2020 as a Field Support Manager, where she worked closely with team members by managing and training new employees, as well as sharing her best practice techniques with D4C by leading training and development of all staff.

Beth earned her B.S. in Hospitalist Management and went on to receive her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Her dedication and enthusiasm for helping employees and teams succeed is what makes her a vital part of the leadership team at D4C. When she’s not in the office, she volunteers with North Carolina Missions of Mercy outreach dental program, providing free dental services to those in need.
