Anne Mallett

Biography

Anne Mallett serves as Vice President of People Development for D4C Dental Brands. Since joining the field support team in January 2020, she has held several leadership roles, most recently serving as Regional Vice President of Operations – Northeast & People Development before stepping into her current position. Prior to joining D4C, Anne spent several years managing Orchin Orthodontics in Washington, D.C.

Her extensive background in customer service management, orthodontics and marketing provides a unique perspective to her role. She specializes in training and managing teams. Anne focuses on creating an office culture that empowers team members to take ownership of their roles and team success. She is passionate about developing systems and processes that create an amazing experience for patients, staff and providers. She is an avid traveler and enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as her dog Atlas.
