Biography

Alejandro Martinez joined the D4C Dental Brands team in 2020 with the affiliation of Lone Star Pediatric Dental and Braces. Alejandro has a wealth of experience as a leader and has a strong passion for helping others. After working in the medical field, he began his dental career in 2020. Prior to that, he was the manager of a physical therapy company for 5 years. His energy and dedication have been instrumental in the growth and development of the teams he has led. Before taking the next step as Regional Director of Operations, Alejandro has managed and supported various locations, bringing to the team an energy and passion for teamwork, a solutions-oriented approach, and a wealth of operational knowledge that has enabled him to implement successful strategies and processes throughout his locations. Alejandro graduated with a degree in physical therapy from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara in Guadalajara, Mexico, and is passionate about exercising and staying healthy.
