Lakisha Merrick started her dental career more than 20 years ago as a dental assistant. She fell in love with the unique dynamics of her work, and as her passion grew for the field of dentistry and her patients, she decided to take on a leadership role. Lakisha brings great knowledge from all sectors of the dental field and has successfully led practices to achieve organizational goals and develop other leaders among her teams. Lakisha is excited to have the honor of leading her teams as a D4C Regional Director of Operations.
Lakisha is an alumna of McNeese State University, where she studied Marine Biology. Lakisha looks forward to continuing to care for her patients and staff.
