Alayna Brent joined D4C Dental Brands as Vice President of Orthodontic Operations in March 2023. She has more than a decade of experience in the dental industry, ranging from clinical-focused work to senior leadership. Alayna has a successful track record of developing cost-effective and efficient operational systems through strategic planning and collaboration. Her industry and clinical experience, knowledge of best practices, and commitment to process improvement make her an invaluable addition to the team.
Alayna is an alumni of Middle Tennessee State University where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and their two Labrador retrievers, hunting, wakeboarding, and horseback riding.
